Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Frank Sachs got the match started through his kick off. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gelu Lepuș having to interfere. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Válbson Paiva sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. Hugo Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Germany's attentive Adrian Dreifuss managed to snatch the ball when Mário Secco made a throw-in in the 20th minute of the game. Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Hugo Alcântara capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hugo Alcântara really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Válbson Paiva's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tommy Kahn firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Adrian Dreifuss fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Adrian Dreifuss a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Cadu Team's Válbson Paiva in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Alcântara to strike the kick off in the second half. Válbson Paiva might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Válbson Paiva ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Paiva came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mário Secco kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Frank Sachs received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gelu Lepuș came out and tried to block the shot, but Frank Sachs slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Lepuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cadu Team getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Mário Secco hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gelu Lepuș narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 78 minutes into the game, Zé Carlos Gerber was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cadu Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. In the 78th minute, Zé Carlos Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Cadu Team's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gelu Lepuș came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Alcântara in the 85th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Válbson Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Válbson Paiva in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cadu Team's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
