Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kálmán Gácsi kicked off to start the match. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kálmán Gácsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boros Benedek to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by András Újváry in the 19th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but György Tóth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Hungary's Vörös Henrik to fire away a dangerous shot which György Tóth despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. If Márió Kállai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Márió Kállai tried to sneak it across the goal line. György Tóth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Hungary's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Márió Kállai scored to the left of an out of position Fodor Daniel, making the score, 1-1. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Zalasárszeg OSE's goalkeeper György Tóth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balazs Lajos. György Tóth made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes into the match, Zalasárszeg OSE's goalkeeper György Tóth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. In the 57th minute, Antal Valentin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of György Tóth. The goal made the score 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, András Újváry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and András Újváry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Hungary's György Tóth threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Major Barna, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 78 minutes Zalasárszeg OSE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Balazs Lajos managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hegedus Henrik during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zalasárszeg OSE's Dávid Kerekes was substituted for András Újváry. After 82 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Hegedus Henrik. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Márió Kállai in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without György Tóth having to interfere. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kálmán Gácsi in the 94th minute of the match. Márton Horváth hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zalasárszeg OSE throughout the match.
