The England fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Kyle Cox notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Caprichosos FC's Elias Rojelio. Elias Rojelio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 11 minutes into the game, England's Kyle Cox nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elias Rojelio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 14 minutes into the match, Filiberto Bermudo notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of England's Khalid Kennedy. Khalid Kennedy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the game, England's Issac Dawson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elias Rojelio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Kyle Cox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Elias Rojelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Micah Macdonald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cooper Thompson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Cornelius Stormo charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cornelius Stormo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Cornelius Stormo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kyle Cox recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. England's Issac Dawson got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Khalid Kennedy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yüce Vecdi in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Caprichosos FC's Cornelius Stormo got a free kick in the 44th minute. After the first half England were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filiberto Bermudo was the one to do the kick off. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Ferrando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elias Rojelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. England were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Caprichosos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Micah Macdonald took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Cooper Thompson heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Micah Macdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khalid Kennedy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yüce Vecdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Caprichosos FC's Cornelius Stormo got a free kick in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Micah Macdonald in the 65th minute of play forced Caprichosos FC's goalkeeper Elias Rojelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Doug Stanley came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 minutes of play, England's Kyle Cox made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elias Rojelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Bermudo in the 93rd minute of play. Khalid Kennedy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doug Stanley, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. England walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
