Casper Claes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luisinho Maciel's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. The audience was convinced that Luisinho Maciel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casper Claes was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Bran Allison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yves Dervaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes in the game Gabriel dos Santos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Maurinho Trezeguet. Casper Claes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cactos's Luisinho Maciel shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Bran Allison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to Cactos getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. After some careless play in the Belgium defense, Luisinho Maciel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casper Claes. The Belgium fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casper Claes should have stopped the shot. Bran Allison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Sabbe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gary Petrie made in the 34th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Maurinho Trezeguet immediately put the ball in play. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Trezeguet, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Trezeguet in the 35th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Yves Dervaux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bran Allison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casper Claes made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Luisinho Maciel sent off a good shot on target. Bran Allison was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Vanderstraeten stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bran Allison made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Edward Vanderstraeten put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Bran Allison. Bran Allison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cactos's Dorival de Carvalho got a free kick in the 74th minute. When Cactos's Cengizhan Baycan, in the 77th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Cactos. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 79th minute, but Bran Allison got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Cactos hanging dry this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cengizhan Baycan in the 81st minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cengizhan Baycan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Gabriel dos Santos in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Belgium's Sander Dermaut. The crowd rose to their feet as Belgium's Sander Dermaut slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bran Allison. That made the score 3-4 after 87 minutes of play. In the 89th minute, Yves Dervaux left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belgium fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cengizhan Baycan in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind.
