Los Galacticos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Major Barna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Los Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Yu Hong Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yu Hong Feng stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Balazs Lajos's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yu Hong Feng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Hungary's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wu Mo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 29th minute Mo Ning De shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jiang Ang Xiao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Yu Hong Feng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Xiao Jian Bo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xiao Jian Bo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Mo Ning De's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mo Ning De helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Hungary booed when Los Galacticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mo Ning De didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Jiang Ang Xiao came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute Wu Mo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Xiao Jian Bo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Xiao Jian Bo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Ye kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Ye hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xiao Jian Bo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The Los Galacticos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
