Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Sangue nos Zóio's Miguel Lito started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Luiz Reis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Lito in the 11th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute of the match, Porziano Marchitelli got a very nice opportunity to score, but André Luiz Reis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Miguel Lito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Vittori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Sangue nos Zóio's corner Paul Silva fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavio Vittori quite easily take care of the ball. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Lito, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. André Luiz Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 25th minute of play. Sangue nos Zóio's André Luiz Reis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Sangue nos Zóio from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Eustaquio Corderro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 47 played minutes Sangue nos Zóio got a freekick which was hit by Dave Rebours. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zaccheo Andolina made a kick off. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Lito, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Miguel Lito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sangue nos Zóio's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Lito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Vittori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Lito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Vittori having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Lito in the 65th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Luiz Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sostene Vitulli, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Lito came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Lito in the 72nd minute of play. André Luiz Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 74th minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. André Luiz Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. André Luiz Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Curto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Italy's Siricio Liotta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dave Rebours in the 87 minute of the game. 91 minutes into the match, Sangue nos Zóio's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Curto came free, but André Luiz Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Sangue nos Zóio getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Miguel Lito hit a great ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Italy had played much better football throughout.
