Roman Vachon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adria Bielsa in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute Ladislao Mannie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Love Coca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gabriel Ascaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Roman Vachon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Toledo. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Spain's zone, Filomeno Remir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Ascaso came out of the goal and Filomeno Remir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Remir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filomeno Remir in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Ascaso saved Spain from getting behind. A well-hit corner resulted in Guido Mikolas heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Remir in the 28th minute of the match. Filomeno Remir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Ascaso having to make a save. In the 32nd minute Filomeno Remir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, David Aranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spain's supporters rose to their feet, but David Aranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Vachon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute Ladislao Mannie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Spain's Vicente Merino suffered a sore thigh after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nereo Osasun during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Spain's Sergio Ruiz was substituted for Vicente Merino. A collision led to Manfredi AFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Nereo Osasun hit a great ball. Roman Vachon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adria Bielsa in the 44th minute of play. Roman Vachon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Omar Toledo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Toledo came free, but Roman Vachon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Spain from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Manfredi AFC's Cristobal Guillelmo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gabriel Ascaso. That made the score 0-1 after 69 minutes of play. Uriel Cordarrel replaced Ladislao Mannie. 78 minutes into the match, Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uriel Cordarrel. 85 minutes into the match, Spain's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Osasun came free, but Gabriel Ascaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Manfredi AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
