Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) France's Frank Peletier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abdulkadir Eraslan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camille Baume in the 3rd minute of the match. Pedrinho Fahlmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maxime Durand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedrinho Fahlmann ran back to his position shaking his head. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Fahlmann in the 5th minute of play. Pedrinho Fahlmann struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Maxime Durand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miau Stars. In the 7th minute, Camille Baume got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Pedrinho Fahlmann sped through France's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. Pedrinho Fahlmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Pedrinho Fahlmann notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of France's Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 26 minutes into the match, Pedrinho Fahlmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxime Durand. France's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedrinho Fahlmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Egídio I kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. David Barbier, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Pedrinho Fahlmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miau Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedrinho Fahlmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxime Durand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute, Pedrinho Fahlmann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Miau Stars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedrinho Fahlmann to make the kick off. When Miau Stars's Pedrinho Fahlmann in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye France's goalie prevented a goal. Pedrinho Fahlmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Maxime Durand made a huge save. Miau Stars's Zeca Lima quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jean Bombelles, made in the 54th minute of the game. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedrinho Fahlmann in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. Miau Stars made a substitution. Ronaldo Fenomeno replaced Pedrinho Fahlmann. Ronaldo Fenomeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maxime Durand came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno. But to his dismay, Ronaldo Fenomeno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Zeca Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxime Durand having to make a save. Zeca Lima hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute of the game Jean Bombelles made a throw-in which Alexis Bruneau played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 94th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Miau Stars eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
