Croatia's Ilija Skugor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Croatia from getting a goal against them. If Czeslaw Loncki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Konrad Bentkowski in the 22nd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Ilija Skugor kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Silvije Santek took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Chayo Jauregui. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bortzaioriz Ferreras in the 29th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Konrad Bentkowski notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Croatia's Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Konrad Bentkowski in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ilija Skugor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Bentkowski in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Xian Nuevo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Xian Nuevo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 58th minute, Czeslaw Loncki made a precise shot to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 71stth minute of the game Konrad Bentkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Croatia's Ilija Skugor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Czeslaw Loncki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes of play, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Konrad Bentkowski made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilija Skugor was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Czeslaw Loncki in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ilija Skugor saved Croatia from getting behind. 80 minutes into the game, Xian Nuevo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Ilija Skugor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bortzaioriz Ferreras in the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan booed when Croatia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damir Pongrac didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Konrad Bentkowski put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ilija Skugor. 92 minutes into the game, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Konrad Bentkowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilija Skugor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bortzaioriz Ferreras, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
