Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Faiz Shyan started the match with the kick off. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mirfield United fc's Faiz Shyan. But to his dismay, Faiz Shyan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, Mirfield United fc's Faiz Shyan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilija Skugor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Faiz Shyan took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Toni Mauzer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Jonathan Hong made a huge save. If Faiz Shyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damir Pongrac kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jithu Henderson, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Faiz Shyan made a precise shot to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. When Mirfield United fc's Faiz Shyan in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Croatia's goalie prevented a goal. A beautiful save bye Croatia's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Croatia defense, Faiz Shyan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. The Croatia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilija Skugor should have stopped the shot. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jithu Henderson in the 44th minute of the match. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faiz Shyan, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Toni Mauzer made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faiz Shyan in the 54th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jithu Henderson came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Mirfield United fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jithu Henderson couldn't finish the play. Sajeev Rajah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faiz Shyan in the 64th minute of play. If Faiz Shyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dinko Stankovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Hong having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Croatia's zone, Jithu Henderson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal and Jithu Henderson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Faiz Shyan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilija Skugor having to make a save. Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Faiz Shyan sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Croatia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sajeev Rajah fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sajeev Rajah blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilija Skugor having to make a save. After having played for 94 minutes, Faiz Shyan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mirfield United fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faiz Shyan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
