Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 12thth minute of the game Sreten Popovic who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cavalos Cansados's Budi Guci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Valério Macedo fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cavalos Cansados's protests and gave Valério Macedo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cavalos Cansados getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Valério Macedo hit a great ball. Serbia's Vladeta Jovic got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Virgílio Ceresso hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Budi Guci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sreten Popovic in the 16th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Cavalos Cansados got a freekick which was hit by Naldo da Silveira. After a rather tough play, Cavalos Cansados's Patrido Dieguez got a free kick in the 20th minute. Budi Guci didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sreten Popovic went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Sreten Popovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Budi Guci having to interfere. The supporters of Cavalos Cansados booed when Serbia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borjan Golubovic didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Patrido Dieguez fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic, passed just outside the right post. When Valério Macedo came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Cavalos Cansados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valério Macedo couldn't finish the play. Sreten Popovic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Budi Guci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sreten Popovic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cavalos Cansados's Budi Guci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sreten Popovic in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patrido Dieguez to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Serbia got a freekick which was hit by Rasko Nestorovski. If Patrido Dieguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrido Dieguez struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cavalos Cansados. In the 66th match minute, Cavalos Cansados was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valério Macedo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cavalos Cansados's zone, Sreten Popovic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Budi Guci came out of the goal and Sreten Popovic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naldo da Silveira's late challenge caught a Serbia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Naldo da Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Drasko Rajkovic managed to get in a good position for a shot. Serbia's supporters rose to their feet, but Drasko Rajkovic was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Budi Guci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 86 minutes, Borjan Golubovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Serbia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Borjan Golubovic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cavalos Cansados's goalkeeper Budi Guci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute of the match Serbia got a corner. Cavalos Cansados's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sreten Popovic ran over to the corner to take the kick. Serbia were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Cavalos Cansados's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sreten Popovic took the corner. Despite being the better team, Cavalos Cansados failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
