The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Casper Claes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. A nice corner shot did that Simon Sabbe got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wincent Dropinski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Wincent Dropinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 67th minute of play. Wincent Dropinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Vanderstraeten went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. 71 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Wincent Dropinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Guillaume Bonte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the game, Alfredo Stefano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Casper Claes. Alfredo Stefano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-5. In the 94th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belgium fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-5. Casper Claes was a little too slow when Alfredo Stefano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 6-6.
