Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Zacarias Francesco made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 11th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Daunte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 17th minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Osvaldo Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zacarias Francesco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Casper Claes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Zacarias Francesco put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Casper Claes. Casper Claes came out and tried to block the shot, but Nestor Gaxan slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 39th minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Osvaldo Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Francesco in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Characate FC booed when Belgium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lenny Clocheret didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Zacarias Francesco notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Belgium's Casper Claes. Casper Claes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Vanderstraeten stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Characate FC's Osvaldo Daunte got control of the ball when Yves Dervaux tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute, Nestor Gaxan made a precise shot to the right of Casper Claes. Belgium's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Thanks to some nice moves Edward Vanderstraeten could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Osvaldo Daunte however easily saved by the left post. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Afonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 79 minutes Belgium's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emre Can who took care of the corner kick. In the 82nd minute, Leopoldo Afonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Characate FC's attentive Emre Can managed to snatch the ball when Simon Sabbe made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Characate FC's zone, Edward Vanderstraeten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Daunte came out of the goal and Edward Vanderstraeten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Characate FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Belgium for a fine match.
