Damaso Hurko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee ignored Austral FC's protests and gave Ricardo Temporal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Austral FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ricardo Temporal hit a great ball. Ricardo Temporal got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Ricardo Temporal kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After having played for 60 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Austral FC's Damaso Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Austral FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Damaso Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damaso Hurko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Austral FC's Damaso Hurko did a great save. The Netherlands supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Austral FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Austral FC.
