Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Lunatics of Arianrhod's Ernesto Martini started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Martini came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Martini in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. In the 11th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Tammaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Joel Hibai tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lunatics of Arianrhod's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Hibai in the 14th minute. Lunatics of Arianrhod's Joel Hibai was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnout Reekers in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Ernesto Martini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lars Meesters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fedele Panza in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. Lunatics of Arianrhod's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Hibai in the 23rd minute. Cristoforo Tammaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 26th minute of play. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Panza in the 29th minute of play. Cristoforo Tammaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 31st minute of play. Cristoforo Tammaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Panza came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Tammaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristoforo Tammaro. Lunatics of Arianrhod's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gijsbert ter Kruimer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Cristoforo Tammaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Lunatics of Arianrhod players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Lunatics of Arianrhod was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felice Cirigliano to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Ernesto Martini got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 70th minute, Wim Wilmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, Mathijn Doctor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Fedele Panza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fedele Panza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 78 minutes into the match, Ernesto Martini notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Netherlands's Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Martini in the 82nd minute of play. After 82 minutes, Ernesto Martini made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Hibai came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Lunatics of Arianrhod support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
