Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Agustin Luix made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Mauricio Vincente notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Croatia's Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Croatia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vinicio Natanael was slow to take the kick. During this time Lugano 1 y 2's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Vinicio Natanael got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ilija Skugor quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Dinko Stankovic fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Croatia's protests and gave Dinko Stankovic a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinko Stankovic to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Mauricio Vincente had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauricio Vincente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Luix in the 13th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Croatia defense, Nemesio Ignatius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. The Croatia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilija Skugor should have stopped the shot. Severiano Ugutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Agustin Luix sped through Croatia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. In the 25th minute, Agustin Luix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lugano 1 y 2 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After a rather tough play, Croatia's Patrik Terzic got a free kick in the 28th minute. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Agustin Luix sped through Croatia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lugano 1 y 2's Rodrigo Pitin. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Pitin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. After some careless play in the Croatia defense, Rodrigo Pitin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. The Croatia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilija Skugor should have stopped the shot. Agustin Luix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Lugano 1 y 2's Rodrigo Pitin. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Pitin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. In the 43rd minute Nemesio Ignatius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lugano 1 y 2 booed when Croatia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Domazet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Mauricio Vincente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lugano 1 y 2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Vincente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Vincente in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toni Mauzer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Nemesio Ignatius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Ignatius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. Croatia's Ilija Skugor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Croatia from getting a goal against them. Agustin Luix's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Ilija Skugor skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 66th minute, Rodrigo Pitin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ilija Skugor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. Agustin Luix received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ilija Skugor came out and tried to block the shot, but Agustin Luix slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 70th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Luix came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severiano Ugutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78th play minutes Severiano Ugutz shot 0-13, a short shot which went by Ilija Skugor and just under the crossbar into goal. 84 minutes into the match, Severiano Ugutz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ilija Skugor, 0-14. Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Agustin Luix sent off a good shot on target. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Pitin in the 88th minute of play. Severiano Ugutz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ilija Skugor came out and tried to block the shot, but Severiano Ugutz slotted it home off the left post making it 0-15 in the 90th minute. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Lugano 1 y 2's Agustin Luix. But to his dismay, Agustin Luix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-16. When the match was over Lugano 1 y 2 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Croatia throughout the match.
