Umut Akay yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. The audience was convinced that Kenneth Helvik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Umut Akay was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. If Oktay Canpolat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Erzincan's Umut Akay got control of the ball when Anders Øvrebø tried to sneak it across the goal line. Halis Veysel's late challenge caught a Raven Raiders's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Halis Veysel helped the player get up and apologised. Kenneth Helvik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Umut Akay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th play minute Anders Øvrebø came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Umut Akay. 6-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oktay Canpolat was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kenneth Helvik in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Umut Akay saved Erzincan from getting behind. Tord Tveite kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenneth Helvik in the 61st minute of play forced Erzincan's goalkeeper Umut Akay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenneth Helvik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Umut Akay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Erzincan got a freekick which was hit by Oğuzer Özerdinc. After a rather tough play, Erzincan's Oğuzer Özerdinc got a free kick in the 67th minute. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Kenneth Helvik sped through Erzincan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Umut Akay. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kenneth Helvik in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Umut Akay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Oktay Canpolat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gökalp Hasanbeyli hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Runar Gullaksen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Erzincan's Umut Akay didn't even have to move. 83 minutes into the game, one of Raven Raiders:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Oğuzer Özerdinc kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 92nd match minute, Erzincan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halis Veysel to maneuver through the defense. Umut Akay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Helvik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Raven Raiders were the better team. Raven Raiders's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
