Thomas Runeberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Özkan Kayaer replaced Edvard Dusett. Boca Juniors's Harry Hedling was substituted for Dimitris Panagiotakis. If Oscar Lindholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thomas Runeberg came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Boca Juniors's Özkan Kayaer. But to his dismay, Özkan Kayaer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After a defensive mix-up in Wolverhampton's zone, Torgny Landin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Runeberg came out of the goal and Torgny Landin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jens-Åke Källberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Ove Askestät in the 94th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Harry Hedling cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Thomas Runeberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
