Jens-Åke Källberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Qi Fan in the 10th minute of the match. Börna Bulldogs were furious when Robin Strandberg was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Robin Strandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Dimitris Panagiotakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andreas Andersson made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Oscar Lindholm sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 22 minutes, Kent Sandström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Börna Bulldogs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kent Sandström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andreas Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torgny Landin in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Rickard Löfgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Börna Bulldogs made a substitution. Rob Lute replaced Ragnar Linquist. The supporters of Börna Bulldogs booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rickard Löfgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boca Juniors's Jens-Åke Källberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gong Qi Fan in the 36th minute of play. Torgny Landin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andreas Andersson came out and tried to block the shot, but Torgny Landin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 41st minute. In the 47thth minute of the game Torgny Landin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Börna Bulldogs's Andreas Andersson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 49th minute Boca Juniors were awarded a corner. Dimitris Panagiotakis went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Greger Bratt managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Lindholm was the one to do the kick off. Andreas Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Landin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Qi Fan in the 60th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Källberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Börna Bulldogs were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Boca Juniors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yngve Åström took the corner. The corner led Börna Bulldogs's Yngve Åström to fire away a dangerous shot which Jens-Åke Källberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Andreas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torgny Landin in the 63rd minute of play. Oscar Lindholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edvard Dusett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Andreas Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boca Juniors's Özkan Kayaer was substituted for Edvard Dusett. Oscar Lindholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Andersson having to interfere. Andreas Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Lindholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Börna Bulldogs's goal looked a bit too open when Torgny Landin came free, but Andreas Andersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Boca Juniors fully deserved thier win.
