Luís Fabiano Leão started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Oséias Palmeira made a precise shot to the right of Nilson do Vale. Bandelocos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Cui Qian Jun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oséias Palmeira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nilson do Vale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Borussia Dortmund MZB were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Bandelocos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luis Blasi took the corner. The corner led Borussia Dortmund MZB's Luis Blasi to fire away a dangerous shot which Nilson do Vale despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund MZB's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Sobis came free, but Carlos Miguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Oséias Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute of the match Borussia Dortmund MZB got a corner. Bandelocos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luis Blasi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Luis Blasi made a great header on Borussia Dortmund MZB's corner, it was just that Bandelocos's Nilson do Vale managed to reach the ball for a save. Nilson do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséias Palmeira in the 21st minute of the match. Nilson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséias Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Borussia Dortmund MZB's Carlos Miguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Tormes in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30thth minute of the game Oséias Palmeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bandelocos's Nilson do Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute, Guga Capixaba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Claudinei Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bandelocos's protests and gave Claudinei Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, Claudinei Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Borussia Dortmund MZB's Oséias Palmeira got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Bandelocos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Borussia Dortmund MZB were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael Sobis to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oséias Palmeira in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilson do Vale saved Bandelocos from getting behind. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oséias Palmeira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nilson do Vale having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oséias Palmeira in the 56th minute of play forced Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Oséias Palmeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Nilson do Vale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With 62 minutes on the clock, Ale Nesta commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 63 played minutes Borussia Dortmund MZB got a freekick which was hit by Ale Nesta. After a rather tough play, Borussia Dortmund MZB's Ale Nesta got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Luís Gustavo Urbano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Borussia Dortmund MZB made a substitution. Gernando Pernambucano replaced Oséias Palmeira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gernando Pernambucano in the 70th minute of play forced Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nilson do Vale came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Borussia Dortmund MZB's Gernando Pernambucano. But to his dismay, Gernando Pernambucano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Nilson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gernando Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 83 played minutes Borussia Dortmund MZB got a freekick which was hit by Gernando Pernambucano. In the 87thth minute of the game Gernando Pernambucano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bandelocos's Nilson do Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 90 minutes of play, Borussia Dortmund MZB's Gernando Pernambucano made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilson do Vale was left in no man's land by his defense there! 93 minutes into the game, Gernando Pernambucano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Nilson do Vale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Borussia Dortmund MZB played a much better game than Bandelocos and deserved their victory. The Bandelocos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
