The referee ignored Grêmio Platinos Juniors's protests and gave Eliézer Pernambucano a yellow card for diving instead. Eliézer Pernambucano hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fernando Marinho in the 10th minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Emil Duset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Grêmio Platinos Juniors's 莫晨洋 got control of the ball when Börje Åkesson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sundborn IF's Emil Duset played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wellington Vaz in the 14th minute of play. 莫晨洋 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Arenstedt in the 15th minute. Emil Duset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wellington Vaz in the 16th minute of the match. Ronaldão Miranda hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Stellan Wallmark put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of 莫晨洋. 27 minutes into the match, Sundborn IF's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Vaz came free, but Emil Duset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 莫晨洋 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Börje Åkesson in the 33rd minute. In the 39th minute of the match Sundborn IF got a corner. Grêmio Platinos Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pål Arvidsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Grêmio Platinos Juniors's goalie and right to Mohamed Salah. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Grêmio Platinos Juniors's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 莫晨洋 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Börje Åkesson went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Mohamed Salah in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 莫晨洋, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Osvaldo Pernambucano made the kick off in the second half. Eliézer Pernambucano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Emil Duset made a huge save. Grêmio Platinos Juniors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wellington Vaz in the 52nd minute. After taking down the ball on Grêmio Platinos Juniors's corner Wellington Vaz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emil Duset quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Arenstedt in the 55th minute of play forced Grêmio Platinos Juniors's goalkeeper 莫晨洋 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jarl Axelsson in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 莫晨洋 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niclas Kielberg kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Jarl Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 莫晨洋 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Börje Åkesson's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After some careless play in the Grêmio Platinos Juniors defense, Stellan Wallmark kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 莫晨洋. The Grêmio Platinos Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 莫晨洋 should have stopped the shot. 莫晨洋 came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sundborn IF's Stellan Wallmark. But to his dismay, Stellan Wallmark quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some careless play in the Grêmio Platinos Juniors defense, Börje Åkesson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 莫晨洋. The Grêmio Platinos Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 莫晨洋 should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Mohamed Salah managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sundborn IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Mohamed Salah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 莫晨洋 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wellington Vaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Emil Duset made a huge save. Börje Åkesson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 莫晨洋 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. The Sundborn IF fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Sundborn IF's Stellan Wallmark looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Niclas Kielberg hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stellan Wallmark in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 莫晨洋 saved Grêmio Platinos Juniors from getting behind. Sundborn IF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
