Radomil Redisz might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dráusio Oliveira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radomil Redisz ran back to his position shaking his head. Mircea Bodiu's late challenge caught a Izaltina FAD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mircea Bodiu helped the player get up and apologised. Mircea Bodiu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Oscar de Godoi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Tufescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dráusio Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Redisz, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. When Claudinei Palmeira fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Izaltina FAD's protests and gave Claudinei Palmeira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Claudinei Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
