The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Charlie Bucket came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Bandelocos's Henry Tormes. But to his dismay, Henry Tormes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Sobis came free, but Charlie Bucket reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Rafael Sobis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Richard Roma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Nilson do Vale made a huge save. Brooklyn SC's Douglas Pace got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Edvaldo Sabóia came free, but Charlie Bucket reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Sobis scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charlie Bucket, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Charlie Bucket made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Brasil in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Brooklyn SC's Cristopher Saenz got a free kick in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Sobis came free, but Charlie Bucket reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Henry Tormes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charlie Bucket. Brooklyn SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henry Tormes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Sobis in the 35th minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Charlie Bucket to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charlie Bucket showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Sobis, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The audience was convinced that Edvaldo Sabóia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charlie Bucket was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Sheldon Levine hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Nilson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Roma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charlie Bucket showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Sobis, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 57 minutes, Henry Tormes made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket got control of the ball when Daniel Brasil tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute, Cristopher Saenz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69thth minute of the game Henry Tormes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Sobis got free with Charlie Bucket in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket got control of the ball when Rafael Sobis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafael Sobis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Charlie Bucket came out and tried to block the shot, but Rafael Sobis slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 76th minute. Charlie Bucket yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. In the 85th play minute Rafael Sobis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Charlie Bucket. 0-7. In the 88th match minute, Bandelocos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Henry Tormes scored 0-8 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charlie Bucket, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Bandelocos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Brooklyn SC.
