CE LAJEADENSE RS's Flavinho Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséias Palmeira in the 15th minute of play. Celsinho Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Oséias Palmeira took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavinho Reis. Flavinho Reis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 22 minutes into the game, Oséias Palmeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Flavinho Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute Luis Blasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Leo Iigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Oséias Palmeira made a precise shot to the right of Flavinho Reis. The referee ignored CE LAJEADENSE RS's protests and gave Jhon Arias a yellow card for diving instead. Flavinho Reis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Borussia Dortmund MZB played a much better game than CE LAJEADENSE RS and deserved their victory. The CE LAJEADENSE RS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
