Eintracht Cernavoda were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Brooklyn SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Narcis Bunescu took the corner. The corner ended in Narcis Bunescu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket did a great save. Eustacio Sotero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Roma, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Charlie Bucket had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gigel Tănăsocă. In the 21st minute Gigel Gologan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Bucket saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute Eintracht Cernavoda were awarded a corner. Narcis Bunescu went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Eintracht Cernavoda's corner Narcis Bunescu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Charlie Bucket quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Eintracht Cernavoda booed when Brooklyn SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas Pace didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gigel Gologan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charlie Bucket having to make a save. Eustacio Sotero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Sugar in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket got control of the ball when Doru Baicu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 32 minutes, Gigel Tănăsocă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eintracht Cernavoda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gigel Tănăsocă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Brooklyn SC defense, Gigel Tănăsocă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charlie Bucket. The Brooklyn SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charlie Bucket should have stopped the shot. Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigel Tănăsocă in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of Eintracht Cernavoda booed when Brooklyn SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ash Fox didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charlie Bucket made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Gigel Tănăsocă sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Eintracht Cernavoda getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Marin Coja hit a great ball. Gigel Tănăsocă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Charlie Bucket made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. Gigel Gologan took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charlie Bucket. Charlie Bucket dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Roma in the 54th minute of play forced Eintracht Cernavoda's goalkeeper Eustacio Sotero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Eintracht Cernavoda's Gigel Gologan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charlie Bucket narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 59th minute of the match Eintracht Cernavoda got a corner. Brooklyn SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Narcis Bunescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Cristi Dulca managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Gigel Tănăsocă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eintracht Cernavoda's Rauf Tezay was substituted for Narcis Bunescu. Eustacio Sotero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Pace, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Eintracht Cernavoda's Eustacio Sotero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Roma in the 73rd minute of play. Eustacio Sotero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Roma in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Tănăsocă in the 77th minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Charlie Bucket to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charlie Bucket didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eintracht Cernavoda. The supporters of Brooklyn SC booed when Eintracht Cernavoda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gigel Tănăsocă didn't get a good kick on the ball.
