In the 3rd match minute, Sundborn IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pål Arvidsson to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Sundborn IF's zone, Caetano Saad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Duset came out of the goal and Caetano Saad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute Stellan Wallmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Flavinho Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stellan Wallmark in the 8th minute of play. After 10 minutes, Caetano Saad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CE LAJEADENSE RS and the Sundborn IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Caetano Saad kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Flavinho Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Salah in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13thth minute of the game Leo Iigo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sundborn IF's Emil Duset was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute, Stellan Wallmark made a precise shot to the right of Flavinho Reis. CE LAJEADENSE RS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Niclas Kielberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Caetano Saad sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sundborn IF's Emil Duset didn't even have to move. After 28th play minutes Stellan Wallmark shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Flavinho Reis and just under the crossbar into goal. Caetano Saad was shown his second yellow card after 34 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Caetano Saad kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The long shot by Rodrigo Ely in the 38th minute really tested Emil Duset's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Emil Duset showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Iigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Mohamed Salah left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sundborn IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Leo Iigo kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Stellan Wallmark scored 0-4 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavinho Reis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stellan Wallmark to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Stellan Wallmark recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Flavinho Reis. Stellan Wallmark showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Stellan Wallmark received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Flavinho Reis came out and tried to block the shot, but Stellan Wallmark slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 57th minute. After 63 minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pål Arvidsson who took care of the corner kick. Pål Arvidsson made a great header on Sundborn IF's corner, it was just that CE LAJEADENSE RS's Flavinho Reis managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 65th minute Mohamed Salah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Leo Iigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CE LAJEADENSE RS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sundborn IF the free kick. Leo Iigo hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Stellan Wallmark took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavinho Reis. Flavinho Reis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. In the 74th match minute, Sundborn IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Axelsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd match minute, Sundborn IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Axelsson to maneuver through the defense. After 86 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Ely. Staffan Albäck managed to, on his own, get straight through CE LAJEADENSE RS's defense and in the 87th minute placed the ball to the left of Flavinho Reis. 1-9. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Stellan Wallmark took a quick shot and it went in 1-10 without a chance for Flavinho Reis to make any attempt to save it. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Mohamed Salah took a quick shot and it went in 1-11 without a chance for Flavinho Reis to make any attempt to save it. Sundborn IF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
