The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Caetano Saad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max Dahlgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil Fărcășan hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Max Dahlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Iigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauricio Bitxintxo's late challenge caught a Jordan F1 91-05's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauricio Bitxintxo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Mauricio Bitxintxo got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute Feliciano Dimo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max Dahlgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingvar Wållander struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Flavinho Reis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jordan F1 91-05. 22 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Wållander came free, but Flavinho Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leo Iigo in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Max Dahlgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Jordan F1 91-05 getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Sven-Edvin Mattsson hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Caetano Saad shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Max Dahlgren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CE LAJEADENSE RS reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Dimo in the 44th minute of play forced Jordan F1 91-05's goalkeeper Max Dahlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Caetano Saad. Flavinho Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olof Söderquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olof Söderquist to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Jordan F1 91-05 booed when CE LAJEADENSE RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Iigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavinho Reis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eddie Vallander went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jhon Arias in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Max Dahlgren saved Jordan F1 91-05 from getting behind. In the 61stth minute of the game Leo Iigo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jordan F1 91-05's Max Dahlgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Max Dahlgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leo Iigo in the 63rd minute. After 67 played minutes Jordan F1 91-05 got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Vallander. Max Dahlgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Iigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After recieving a nice pass, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Caetano Saad tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Leo Iigo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Max Dahlgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Leo Iigo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 80th minute. Leo Iigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Max Dahlgren made a huge save. CE LAJEADENSE RS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Caetano Saad in the 85th minute. Jordan F1 91-05's Andréas Bruhn was substituted for Boris Hultin. Leo Iigo in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Max Dahlgren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Max Dahlgren came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by CE LAJEADENSE RS's Leo Iigo. But to his dismay, Leo Iigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Caetano Saad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CE LAJEADENSE RS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
