Konrad Hatman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Flavinho Reis. CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 14th minute Feliciano Dimo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Smuskiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Hahay booed when CE LAJEADENSE RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celsinho Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zygmunt Bucyki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Flavinho Reis made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Iigo in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Smuskiewicz saved Hahay from getting behind. A collision led to CE LAJEADENSE RS getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jhon Arias hit a great ball. Konrad Hatman, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Flavinho Reis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save CE LAJEADENSE RS from getting a goal against them. Feliciano Dimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Hahay's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Iigo came free, but Edgar Smuskiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Smuskiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jhon Arias, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 38 minutes, Fabian Grocholski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hahay and the CE LAJEADENSE RS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edgar Smuskiewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Iigo's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. In the 42nd play minute Zygmunt Bucyki came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Flavinho Reis. 3-0. Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Iigo in the 45th minute of play. Edgar Smuskiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Dimo in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Edgar Smuskiewicz made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Caetano Saad sent off a good shot on target. Edgar Smuskiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Iigo in the 61st minute of play. Hahay's Wawrzyniec Lewandowski was substituted for Jurand Madej. Iwan Skaradoski hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Caetano Saad recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgar Smuskiewicz. Caetano Saad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Nelsinho Teles was substituted for Luís Gustavo Siqueira. Flavinho Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Domarecki in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by CE LAJEADENSE RS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Konrad Hatman was slow to take the kick. During this time Hahay's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Hahay's Konrad Hatman to fire away a dangerous shot which Flavinho Reis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 82 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Martins. Flavinho Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Ulleberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavinho Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Domarecki in the 90th minute of the match. Nelsinho Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Flavinho Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Domarecki in the 92nd minute of play. Fabian Grocholski was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
