Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Emmanuel Vasco, made in the 2nd minute of the game. Hilario Pesquera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Zaccheo Andolina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Soner Turking in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Vittori saved Italy from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hilario Pesquera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Golden Dragón F.C's Hilario Pesquera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Golden Dragón F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 15th minute, Soner Turking made a precise shot to the right of Flavio Vittori. Italy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Zaccheo Andolina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Hilario Pesquera made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 26th minute of play forced Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Hilario Pesquera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Porziano Marchitelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Selim Mićić fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golden Dragón F.C's protests and gave Selim Mićić a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Golden Dragón F.C getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Selim Mićić hit a great ball. After 41 minutes Golden Dragón F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Soner Turking in the 42nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Golden Dragón F.C's Hilario Pesquera got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Italy's Zaccheo Andolina slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hilario Pesquera. That made the score 2-1 after 45 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

54 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Hilario Pesquera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deodato Magliozzi made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Porziano Marchitelli however managed to control. The crowd rose to their feet as Golden Dragón F.C's Soner Turking slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Flavio Vittori. That made the score 2-2 after 61 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ceyhan Celvet got free with Flavio Vittori in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Flavio Vittori managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Golden Dragón F.C's Camerino Luey fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Golden Dragón F.C's Xamo Melic was substituted for Alan Petersen. Golden Dragón F.C were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Italy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ceyhan Celvet took the corner. Ceyhan Celvet made a great header on Golden Dragón F.C's corner, it was just that Italy's Flavio Vittori managed to reach the ball for a save. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceyhan Celvet in the 78th minute of the match. Hilario Pesquera came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Siricio Liotta. But to his dismay, Siricio Liotta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Adriano Curto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hilario Pesquera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Italy were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Golden Dragón F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Siricio Liotta took the corner. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Camerino Luey took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Flavio Vittori to make any attempt to save it. Despite being the better team, Italy failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
