Miguel Lito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 4th minute Miguel Lito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Lito in the 8th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 minutes of play, Sangue nos Zóio's Miguel Lito made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Barreto got free with André Luiz Reis in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute Miguel Lito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Barreto got free with André Luiz Reis in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Lito in the 45th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

André Luiz Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Luiz Reis having to make a save. 55 minutes into the match, Sangue nos Zóio's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but André Luiz Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Sangue nos Zóio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisinho Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense. Sangue nos Zóio's André Luiz Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 62nd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Sangue nos Zóio's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but André Luiz Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Felipe Barreto put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of André Luiz Reis. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. André Luiz Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 85th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Miguel Lito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Miguel Lito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Miguel Lito sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Sangue nos Zóio getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Pedrinho Quintal hit a great ball. Daniel Pimentel struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. André Luiz Reis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal.
