Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Resto Casa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Unax Cabrerizo came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Blackened fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Hector Bieito in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tommy Kahn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hector Bieitos short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Tommy Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 31st match minute, Blackened was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Heli to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Resto Casa. Blackened's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Sachs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The supporters of Blackened booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albin Holweck during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 51st minute, Melquiades Manny ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 55th minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonides Heli kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 58 minutes of play, Blackened's Melquiades Manny made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Bieito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Manny in the 88th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 90 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Melquiades Manny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Melquiades Manny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Blackened had won after a very even match.
