Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ulises Manex kicked off to start the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Celestino Fix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El ABUELO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celestino Fix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, El ABUELO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Rodolfo Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Gianpaolo Mascari got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rodolfo Bertassi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Italy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sigfrido Auletta in the 13th minute. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Bertassi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Italy's Porziano Marchitelli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodolfo Bertassi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 25 minutes of play, El ABUELO FC's Ulises Manex made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Vittori was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Zaccheo Andolina put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rodolfo Bertassi. In the 35th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Bertassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zaccheo Andolina to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zaccheo Andolina in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo Bertassi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Manex in the 56th minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Cutri. In the 72nd minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Bertassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, El ABUELO FC's Rodolfo Bertassi got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Ulises Manex ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Vittori was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. After a rather tough play, El ABUELO FC's Celso Gerazan got a free kick in the 84th minute. Rafli Leonard struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Flavio Vittori didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El ABUELO FC. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by El ABUELO FC's Isidoro Azevedo. But to his dismay, Isidoro Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The El ABUELO FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
