Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miguel Lito got the match started through his kick off. André Luiz Reis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yves Dervaux in the 4th minute. Thiago Santos hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. André Luiz Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Luiz Reis. Edward Vanderstraeten showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Sangue nos Zóio's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Dervaux came free, but André Luiz Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Yves Dervaux dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of André Luiz Reis, 2-0. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but André Luiz Reis made a huge save. André Luiz Reis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 22nd minute. After 24 played minutes Sangue nos Zóio got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Corderro. When Sangue nos Zóio's Miguel Lito in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgium's goalie prevented a goal. In the 28th minute Belgium were awarded a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Belgium's corner Sander Dermaut fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and André Luiz Reis quite easily take care of the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Corderro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Belgium's Lenny Clocheret quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 35 played minutes Sangue nos Zóio got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Corderro. Belgium's Nigel Devos quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Paul Silva, made in the 38th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Sangue nos Zóio's Thiago Santos got a free kick in the 39th minute. André Luiz Reis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yves Dervaux in the 45th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sangue nos Zóio's zone, Edward Vanderstraeten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Luiz Reis came out of the goal and Edward Vanderstraeten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edward Vanderstraeten to make the kick off. Edward Vanderstraeten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. André Luiz Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 54th minute of play. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex de Barros in the 59th minute of the match. André Luiz Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 73rd minute of play forced Sangue nos Zóio's goalkeeper André Luiz Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eustaquio Corderro during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sangue nos Zóio fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! In the 80th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten made a precise shot to the right of André Luiz Reis. Sangue nos Zóio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 85 minutes into the match, Sangue nos Zóio's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but André Luiz Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgium's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Vanderstraeten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Luiz Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Miguel Lito tried to sneak it across the goal line. André Luiz Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 89th minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Luiz Reis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. André Luiz Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Miguel Lito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sangue nos Zóio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Lito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th match minute, Sangue nos Zóio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Corderro to maneuver through the defense. André Luiz Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belgium were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sangue nos Zóio for a fine match.
