Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Shen Sang Hao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lars Meesters came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Meesters couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Tarrasque Voador F.C. booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gust Ennemans didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Shen Sang Hao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Raphael Veiga quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gust Ennemans, made in the 21st minute of the game. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianpaolo Lovera, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Gust Ennemans made in the 23rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gustaaf Groeneveldt immediately put the ball in play. If Shen Sang Hao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xander Goos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 29th minute of play. Raphael Veiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xander Goos came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianpaolo Lovera in the 53rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Leão in the 54th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Dráusio Albuquerque heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Gianpaolo Lovera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Tarrasque Voador F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Napoleon Furgal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Wim Wilmes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 67 minutes into the game, Gust Ennemans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Netherlands's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tarrasque Voador F.C. the free kick. 72 minutes into the match, Shen Sang Hao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shen Sang Hao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Xander Goos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Tarrasque Voador F.C. from getting a goal against them. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 75th minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Xander Goos managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xander Goos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Tarrasque Voador F.C. getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Zhuang Wei Ning hit a great ball. Netherlands's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
