Henry Hagström made in the 30th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Vilhelm Lundqvist however managed to control. In the 32nd minute Sture Dahlkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bolli Stopar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 33rd minute of play. Sture Dahlkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Flavio Vittori made a huge save. Bolli Stopar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 42 played minutes AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Erik Zander. Porziano Marchitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bolli Stopar having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 46th minute of play forced AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's goalkeeper Bolli Stopar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siricio Liotta might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bolli Stopar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Siricio Liotta ran back to his position shaking his head. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zaccheo Andolina made a kick off. The supporters of Italy booed when AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleksander Jönsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bolli Stopar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Pihlberg came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Pihlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 62 minutes, Henry Hagström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK and the Italy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Porziano Marchitelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Bolli Stopar made a huge save. After 64 minutes AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Zaccheo Andolina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bolli Stopar was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Bolli Stopar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Italy were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sigfrido Auletta took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Sigfrido Auletta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bolli Stopar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Zaccheo Andolina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Bolli Stopar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bolli Stopar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sture Dahlkvist in the 80th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zaccheo Andolina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Porziano Marchitelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Porziano Marchitelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Bolli Stopar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bolli Stopar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Curto, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 92 minutes into the match, AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Curto came free, but Bolli Stopar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Porziano Marchitelli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Italy booed when AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Sladić didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Italy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK throughout the match.
