Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roni Coryn kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Leo Dauwen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Bacardi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bob Leerbels didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Dauwen. Leo Dauwen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Leo Dauwen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Dauwen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roni Coryn in the 16th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Leo Dauwen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmy Wiklund. 33 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Leo Dauwen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Gust Ennemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roni Coryns short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Arnout Reekers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 41 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Leo Dauwen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. 55 minutes into the game, David Eikelkamp recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leo Dauwen. David Eikelkamp showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoud Van Gestel in the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Leo Dauwen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bacardi FC's Leo Dauwen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Bacardi FC from getting a goal against them. Gijsbert ter Kruimer scored 0-5 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leo Dauwen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leo Dauwen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 70th minute of play. When Roni Coryn came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Bacardi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roni Coryn couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Bacardi FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Boruc Wykowski hit a great ball. In the 75thth minute of the game Gijsbert ter Kruimer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bacardi FC's Leo Dauwen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leo Dauwen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Arnoud Van Gestel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Bacardi FC's Roni Coryn. But to his dismay, Roni Coryn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leo Dauwen. That made the score 1-6 in the 80 minute of play. Leo Dauwen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leo Dauwen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Eikelkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Leo Dauwen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Netherlands left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bacardi FC.
