Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Coviolo's Domenico Olmi got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pär Are breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amedeo Recio let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 8th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. In the 12thth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coviolo's Pär Are was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pär Are saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pär Are took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pär Are showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Frank Sachs made a precise shot to the right of Pär Are. Coviolo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Alessandro Buffone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coviolo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Buffone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amedeo Recio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Tommy Kahn skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alfonso Muciaccia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 35th minute of play forced Coviolo's goalkeeper Pär Are to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Coviolo's Amedeo Recio. But to his dismay, Amedeo Recio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 45th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Ercole Carulli sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Germany's Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move. 48 minutes into the game, Amedeo Recio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn. Amedeo Recio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amedeo Recio to strike the kick off in the second half. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amedeo Recio in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Coviolo's goalkeeper Pär Are had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amedeo Recio's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. After 64 minutes, Amedeo Recio made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Frezza in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Coviolo's Tacito Assenso got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Coviolo's Pär Are proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Coviolo from getting a goal against them. In the 80thth minute of the game Amedeo Recio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Germany's Albin Holweck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pär Are narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 89 played minutes Coviolo got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Masetti. Germany's Albin Holweck got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 played minutes Coviolo got a freekick which was hit by Amedeo Recio. For all the effort they put into the match, the Germany players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Coviolo.
