The supporters of Spain booed when FCFiratRom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bedri Baykutay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Omar Toledo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cyprian Trzenzalski skillfully saved the ball. Anıl Ozan Şaki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Ascaso having to interfere. Selim Gulson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute, Selim Gulson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gabriel Ascaso. The goal made the score 1-1. The FCFiratRom fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cyprian Trzenzalski should have stopped the shot.

Gabriel Ascaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selim Gulson in the 50th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Selim Gulson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Selim Gulson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Ascaso was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selim Gulson in the 72nd minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FCFiratRom's Cyprian Trzenzalski got control of the ball when Omar Toledo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FCFiratRom's zone, Omar Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cyprian Trzenzalski came out of the goal and Omar Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Toledo got free with Cyprian Trzenzalski in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FCFiratRom's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Omar Toledo scored to the left of an out of position Cyprian Trzenzalski, making the score, 2-3. Spain made a substitution. Carles Cherro replaced Omar Toledo. In the 80th minute İbrahim Trabzonlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Spain were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after FCFiratRom's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jon Cubero took the corner. 91 minutes into the match, FCFiratRom's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Ruiz came free, but Cyprian Trzenzalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Selim Gulson came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the FCFiratRom fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Selim Gulson couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, FCFiratRom's Cyprian Trzenzalski got control of the ball when Carles Cherro tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Carles Cherro put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Cyprian Trzenzalski.
