Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lu Xing Song got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Lu Xing Song recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim. Lu Xing Song showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xande Sharkin in the 7th minute of the match. Umberto Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Barreto's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Xande Sharkin sent off a good shot on target. After 11 played minutes Pégasus F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Chupan Mangas. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Umberto Cunha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Umberto Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 14th minute of the match. Umberto Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Caetano Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabricio Andrade hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Portugal's Daniel Pimentel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Chupan Mangas, made in the 26th minute of the game. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipe Barreto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Umberto Cunha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Pégasus F. C. defense, Viriato Moura kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Umberto Cunha. The Pégasus F. C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Umberto Cunha should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Xande Sharkin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Soeiro in the 39th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Barreto in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Umberto Cunha saved Pégasus F. C. from getting behind. The supporters of Portugal booed when Pégasus F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Umberto Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Umberto Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. Felipe Barretos short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Umberto Cunha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 58th minute of the match, Daniel Pimentel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Umberto Cunha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 59th minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. Portugal's Felipe Barreto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Umberto Cunha in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Barreto got free with Umberto Cunha in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Soeiro in the 71st minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Soeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Umberto Cunha was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felipe Barreto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 75 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Dwight Schrute stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Dwight Schrute tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Jones Cudmore in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Portugal's Felipinho Amorim. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qiao Ang Le in the 96th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Daniel Pimentel got a free kick in the 97th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Lu Xing Song stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Lu Xing Song tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Pégasus F. C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Portugal's performance. The match ended with a win for Portugal.
