Misericordia EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. Hungary's Balazs Norbert was substituted for Hegedus Henrik. After 8 played minutes Misericordia EC got a freekick which was hit by Faustão Terra. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Paulo Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Hungary's Balazs Norbert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Leão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valdomiro Luz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 16th playminute. Paulo Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 21st minute of the match. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio-Roberto Dinamite, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Misericordia EC's Valdomiro Luz got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Paulo Leão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. Misericordia EC's Paulo Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 39th minute of play. Paulo Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdomiro Luz in the 43rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47thth minute of the game Major Barna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Misericordia EC's Paulo Leão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 52nd minute of play forced Misericordia EC's goalkeeper Paulo Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Misericordia EC booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boros Benedek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio-Roberto Dinamite in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Misericordia EC were awarded a corner. Sergio-Roberto Dinamite went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Faustão Terra advanced and headed the ball into goal, 2-2 in the 58th minute. Misericordia EC's Paulo Leão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Misericordia EC from getting a goal against them. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdomiro Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
