With a little luck, GRÊMIO's Frank Tepedino got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dimitris Saravakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 齐庭默 hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 魏宽银 made a kick off. Sven Krakouer hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Frank Tepedino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Sachs went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 65 played minutes GRÊMIO got a freekick which was hit by Dimitris Saravakos. After having played for 67 minutes, Dimitris Saravakos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GRÊMIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitris Saravakos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute, GRÊMIO's Dimitris Saravakos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. 魏宽银's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match GRÊMIO got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 齐庭默 ran over to the corner to take the kick. Albin Holweck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, 魏宽银 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
