Ludomil Mocko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 37th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Witomir Dlugi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Kahn. The goal made the score 3-0. Herbert Raflewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witomir Dlugi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludomil Mocko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind MKS Polonia Słubice's goalkeeper Ludomil Mocko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herbert Raflewski's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. 89 minutes into the game, Jan Puchlik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
