Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Palestine's Bedrettin Özguven started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Palestine's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eser İşcan in the 7th minute. After taking down the ball on Palestine's corner Eser İşcan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavio Vittori quite easily take care of the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Bedrettin Özguven came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Erhun Bilek, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sigfrido Auletta got free with Erhun Bilek in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 20 minutes, Sigfrido Auletta made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Palestine's Erhun Bilek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Porziano Marchitelli to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Aysan İlbeyi in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. A throw-in in the 41st minute of the game was made by Deodato Magliozzi with Porziano Marchitelli as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 43rd minute, Bedrettin Özguven left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palestine fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to Palestine getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Macit Serter hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erhun Bilek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. Italy's Sigfrido Auletta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Erhun Bilek in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bedrettin Özguven got free with Flavio Vittori in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Porziano Marchitelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Palestine's Enis Behiç Cangun was substituted for Bedrettin Özguven. Erhun Bilek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfrido Auletta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Palestine's Erhun Bilek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 71st minute of play. With a little luck, Italy's Flavio Vittori got control of the ball when Enis Behiç Cangun tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erhun Bilek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enis Behiç Cangun might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enis Behiç Cangun ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavio Vittori made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Enis Behiç Cangun sent off a good shot on target. Enis Behiç Cangun might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enis Behiç Cangun ran back to his position shaking his head. 85 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enis Behiç Cangun. Palestine made a substitution. Tahsin Savtuna replaced Eser İşcan. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. After 87 played minutes Palestine got a freekick which was hit by Eser İşcan. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Palestine's goalkeeper Erhun Bilek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 96 minutes of play, Palestine's Enis Behiç Cangun made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Vittori was left in no man's land by his defense there! Italy were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
