The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's goal looked a bit too open when Bertram Svenningsen came free, but Carmelo Orkatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pablo Mendiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Venancio Inko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After 10 minutes, Venancio Inko made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Denmark's Keld Paulsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute, Pablo Mendiko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keld Paulsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Venancio Inko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Keld Paulsen. That made the score 3-0 in the 18 minute of play. Carmelo Orkatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olav Graversen in the 25th minute of play. Victorino Tiniebra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. Victorino Tiniebra was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 31st minute. El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Pablo Mendiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Kirkegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venancio Inko kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Keld Paulsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Venancio Inko's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Venancio Inko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Denmark defense, Victorino Tiniebra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Tiniebra in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Theis Winther got a free kick in the 68th minute. After 70 minutes, Victorino Tiniebra made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Denmark's Keld Paulsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Victorino Tiniebra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. After 77 minutes of play, El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Victorino Tiniebra made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Victorino Tiniebra got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Tiniebra in the 88th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keld Paulsen didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Victorino Tiniebra shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 9-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victorino Tiniebra in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
