Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vidar Lang kicked off to start the match. Vilhelm Lidman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 5th minute of play forced SJÖARED's goalkeeper Adrian Springfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vilhelm Lidman in the 6th minute. After having played for 9 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Lang came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, SJÖARED's Vilhelm Lidman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 25th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Arnout Reekers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Adrian Springfält took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrian Springfält was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adrian Springfält read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. After 35 minutes SJÖARED's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Netherlands's Kees Mooiweer getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Lang in the 37th minute of play. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vidar Lang's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SJÖARED made a substitution. Maxi Rodriguez replaced Tim Hellbom. Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adrian Springfält read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urban Rudberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Vilhelm Lidman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnout Reekers was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 75th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. Adrian Springfält made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. Theo Stovall hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Adrian Springfält made a huge save. After 94 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emanuel Ståhlberg who took care of the corner kick. SJÖARED's Emanuel Ståhlberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnout Reekers in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urban Rudberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Netherlands players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
