Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antal Valentin took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Olof Vestlund got free with Fodor Daniel in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6thth minute of the game Balazs Lajos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CAN ERZURUM's Joar Scheie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Joar Scheie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joar Scheie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 19th minute Hegedus Henrik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Scheie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Balazs Lajos sped through CAN ERZURUM's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joar Scheie. Sven-Olof Vestlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goal looked a bit too open when Hegedus Henrik came free, but Joar Scheie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sven-Olof Vestlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alfred Nobel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 40 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, one of CAN ERZURUM:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CAN ERZURUM. Joar Scheie had in the 42ndth minute some difficulties stopping Antal Valentin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 43rd minute, Sven-Olof Vestlund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fodor Daniel. The goal made the score 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven-Olof Vestlund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. CAN ERZURUM's Joar Scheie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save CAN ERZURUM from getting a goal against them. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Joar Scheie made a huge save. Katona Janos hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Sven-Olof Vestlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Olof Vestlund in the 91st minute of the match. In the 91st minute Sven-Olof Vestlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joar Scheie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hungary players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
