In the 5th minute Sixto Larra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bakos Endre to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Loreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 9th minute of play. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Damaso Lain tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Loreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Cityzens Mdz's goal looked a bit too open when Balazs Lajos came free, but Gustavo Loreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hillar Tuus kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 69 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Szekeres Tamas. In the 73rd minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Takacs Tibor heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henning Sander in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to Cityzens Mdz getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Henning Sander hit a great ball. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Lain in the 95th minute of play. Hungary played a much better game than Cityzens Mdz and deserved their victory. The Cityzens Mdz players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
