Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edward Vanderstraeten started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Maritek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Hélio O'Connell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, Maritek FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peli Neri to maneuver through the defense. Hélio O'Connell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Hélio O'Connell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélio O'Connell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casper Claes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felice Tacco's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Ettore Santo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ettore Santo got free with Casper Claes in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Ettore Santo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maritek FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ettore Santo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Claes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferruccio Zarillo in the 40th minute of the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Felice Tacco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgium's Casper Claes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 43rd minute, Maritek FC's Felice Tacco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 45 minutes into the match, Maritek FC's Ferruccio Zarillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felice Tacco to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Felice Tacco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felice Tacco in the 53rd minute of play. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maritek FC's goalkeeper Hélio O'Connell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maritek FC's Alfredo Toschi was substituted for Ferruccio Zarillo. After a rather tough play, Maritek FC's Ettore Santo got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Yves Dervaux could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Hélio O'Connell made a huge save. Sander Dermaut's late challenge caught a Maritek FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sander Dermaut helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Sander Dermaut hit a great ball. Federico Ondino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Claes having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Ondino came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maritek FC's Hélio O'Connell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Maritek FC from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélio O'Connell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Maritek FC's Hélio O'Connell. Hélio O'Connell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Belgium were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
