Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kanuni-Sultan Süleyman in the 30th minute of play. Mauri Icardi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 31st playminute. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. After 40 minutes, Mauri Icardi made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of ► CeRR aHPaS a J K◄ booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kanuni-Sultan Süleyman ran over to the corner to take the kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Mauri Icardi made the kick off in the second half. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Kjell-Arne Ambjörnsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauri Icardi in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauri Icardi's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kjell-Arne Ambjörnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere.
