Rodolfo Bertassi was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Edward Vanderstraeten capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edward Vanderstraeten really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Edward Vanderstraeten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Rodolfo Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Guillaume Bonte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulises Manex to make the kick off. Rodolfo Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 55th minute of the match. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Manex in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 89th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Bertassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten made a precise shot to the right of Rodolfo Bertassi. El ABUELO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Belgium's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
